A few of these include:
- Online banking and bill pay access

Balanced Banking is a SunTrust product that makes it easier for people to budget and retain control of what they’re spending and where their money is going.
With Balanced Banking, customers can avoid the risk of overdrafts because a transaction will be declined if there aren’t sufficient funds.
If a customer writes a check and there aren’t enough funds to cover that, they will have a reduced returned item fee of $20, rather than $36.
Other Balanced Banking features include a starter pack of 25 personal checks, no-fee online banking, no-fee standards Popmoney person-to-person electronic payments and a SunTrust Mastercard Debit Card with Zero Liability.
LightStream Loans are a signature financing option available from SunTrust that can be used for almost anything.
The interest rates are competitive, particularly when Auto Pay is used for repayment, there are no fees, and same-day funding is available.
LightStream Loans vary from $5,000 to $100,000 and are frequently used for home improvement, pools, solar roof replacements, adoptions, medical expenses, auto purchases and refinancing, the purchase of recreational vehicles and boats, and debt consolidation.
Delta SkyMiles Debit Card
The Delta SkyMiles® Debit Card can be used by personal and business banking customers of SunTrust, and it’s a great way to enjoy many rewards and benefits, along with excellent customer service and fraud protection.
The Delta SkyMiles World Debit Card offers 5,000 bonus miles accrued after the initial PIN Point of Sale or signature-based purchase. Customers then earn 1 mile for every $1 spent, and they can achieve up to 4,000 per card each month.
Customers earn 2 miles for every $1 spent on direct Delta purchases, and miles never expire. Miles can also be applied toward upgrades and Award Travel to more than 1,000 destinations.
