Ultimately, flyers of Business Class Singapore Airlines give it very high marks, but there are a few exceptions due to poor service by the flight attendants and uncomfortable seats on some of the smaller aircraft.

We found that most people flying Singapore Airlines Business Class A380 flights, which are the largest plane, were typically quite comfortable. The ones that noted “outdated” seats were typically a Singapore Airlines 777 300 ER Business Class passenger.
