Below are some of the improvements we feel would help Bellco Credit Union repair their reputation and get a shot at being named among the best Denver banks and credit unions in the future.
Address Loan Customer Support Issues
Many unhappy members mention issues with Bellco’s loan services. Some have made payments on time, but were mistakenly charged a late fee. Another attempted to pay their loan off, but received an overdue notice anyhow. The loan department looks like one that could use some major improvements.
Bellco Credit Union is rated a 1 as one of the credit unions in Denver we recommend staying away from for now. A big warning sign is their 61 consumer complaints at the Better Business Bureau, with only 14 of those being resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
If they improve their record keeping on loans and customer service overall, it could go a long way toward fixing their reputation.
