Conclusion – American Airlines Business Class Review

Overall, travelers have great things to say about American Airlines 777 Business Class and American Airlines 787 Business Class. We actually had to go through several pages of reviews to find negative reviews for the Boeing 787 aircraft.

Travelers may want to be wary of the older 772 and American Airlines 767 Business Class, as those planes seemed to have the most negative ratings, mainly due to seat comfort and because they were older planes.

American Airlines Business Class gets mainly good marks, especially for the amenities they offer. Service can either be wonderful or lacking depending upon the flight, and food didn’t seem to be a standout, but the inflight entertainment definitely impressed many travelers.
